Thanks to the School Based Health Workforce Grant our division has been able to purchase 25 AED's (Automatic External Defibrillators).This allows every school building to have a second machine on the premises as well as dedicated ones for athletics. We have received the first 10 machines and distributed those to High Schools and Middle Schools and anticipate the additional units soon to be delivered to elementary schools and additional athletic units.
